A progressive mental disorder makes him constantly nervous and moody, and he meets his late girlfriend Nicole. The protagonist does not remember anything that happened to him in the last three years. However, the hero wakes up three years later in an incomprehensible place to find that nothing has changed since the artifact was transferred to Titan, Saturn’s moon. He destroyed an artifact that turns everyone into Necromorphs.
